Do you have those days when you know, that moving a little on your mat would do you a world of good, but still it is damn hard to get on the mat? I do. On those days, I get on the mat anyway, but first I just lay on my back, roll around a bit, start breathing more deeply and do some very basic and simple exercises that get the energy moving. First I give myself permission to feel whatever I'm feeling, no obligations or pressure for it to be something different. More often than not, starting out in this manner - moving WITH whatever is present - my practice shapes me from feeling stuck into an effortless flow, often keeping me on the mat and moving much longer than I intended. Without force, pressure, expectation or agenda. I'm sharing one of those practices here with you
There is an introduction at the beginning of this video, that explains it all plus teaches you 2 breathing techniques that we will be using during the first part of the practice. This session is divided into 4 parts and you can mix and match them in a way that suits your mood and your energy level. You can practice just one part of it or do the entire 1,5 hour practice - whatever rocks your boat.

Sometimes though, we do not have the full 1,5h for our practice. Or it is one of those days, like I mentioned above, when it is really hard to get yourself moving. I've broken the FULL JOURNEY up to it's original 4 PARTS, so now it is easy for you to mix and match and make your practice suit how you are feeling. The clips don't need to be in any particular order and can be combined in any way.
