Spring time is twisting time! Time to detox, to twist out the winter clunkiness from your body, leave the mat a few inches taller, refreshed and balanced. This is a continuous flow, so it might take a few runs to get comfortably in synch with the rhythm of the movements and the breath, so take your time, stay true to your pace and smile.
This is also an excellent 15 minutes, if you've spent your whole day sitting. The twists help to realign the spine, release what's stuck and energize the whole system. Get some deep breaths in there, imagine lengthening forward through the crown and downward through the tailbone.
As a NEW FEATURE, I'm adding a sequence "cheat-card" to this post. It follows the basic template of the practice on the video, but now you have the stills that you can print out use when you do not have internet or when you want to work through this sequence at your own pace.
