​We go from isolating movement to whole body pattern, from details to big picture. This will help to free up the shoulder, but it will have a ripple effect throughout your upper back, chest and spine. I am hoping you'll leave this practice feeling lighter and this will ease the burden you carry on your shoulders :-)
