Rotation & FLOW with upper body focus
​


We start the session with finding rotational movement in our shoulders, then adding the hips and the spine. You get to choose your effort level depending on what your inner resources are like - whether you move "in gravity": meaning keeping the moving parts resting on the ground OR you can have a more strength building focus and hover the moving parts slightly off the ground. This all will make sense once you move with me ;-)

This has been one of my favorite flows lately and in my own practice, I often use light wrist-weights for the first part of the practice (the rotations of shoulders).
