Happily co-creating again as we all individually and collectively navigate through the changing inner and outer worlds.
We gather at this time of peak Yang energy (Solstice) - as we enter into a more open world bringing along our personal and collective experiences from the internal Yin time of the last months.
From what you felt, understood, realised during spring season,
which seeds are going to bloom this summer within you?
We intend to hold space for inquiry, for embodiment of strength and vulnerability,
stillness and movement, action and surrender.
Doors Open at 18.00 for you to settle and arrive with ease
We start at 18.30 with Yin yoga & Yoga Nidra till 20.00
Little break
And then deep dive into the sound journey with symphonic gong, water harp & ocean drum
We will finish around 21.30 and have a little time window to gather together :)
According to the regulations we can have only 10 participants, so it makes it pretty special and cosy.
The sliding scale pricing model works if those who are able and willing pay the higher price and by that support those who struggle to meet their financial needs during these times. Use your heart's guidance:

We prefer not to use studio's mats and props,
so please consider brining your own mat, blankets, pillows - whatever you need to feel comfortable.
Also we cannot offer tea or water - so once again, come prepared!
