A series of 6 morning classes combining
the quiet openings of Yin yoga,
energising flows of Vinyasa (yang) yoga
and centering meditation
for the ultimate balance.
These sessions will guide you towards finding just the right morning routine and ritual for yourself - the best suitable balance between movement/effort/strength and stillness/reflection/surrender from one moment to the next.
Yin Yang morning intensive is a 2-week course running every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30am to 10:00am starting
April 30 and finishing May 11 and offers a space and guidance to get your mornings rolling with grounded, embodied and reflective practices suitable for all levels of experience.
