Come be with us in this beautiful natural setting for a rejuvenating week of Liina’s unique blend of yoga, embodiment, and mindfulness.
Visiting Muhu Island is a little bit like going back in time. You’ll find charming old villages with thatched-roof houses, stone barns, windmills, old churches, and manor houses. The landscape is sprinkled with sheep, vast open fields, and lush juniper bushes. Tucked into this pristine nature is Namaste Retreat House—a rustic yet stylish haven offering simplicity and comfort, all within walking distance of the sea. This center is famous for its food—which is grown in their own veggie garden and also sourced from neighbors on the island.
Throughout the week, the practices will be a mix of slow and flow. Each movement invites introspection, allowing you to feel into the nuances and subtle undercurrents of your whole self. We will be mindful of the ways we express and hide our vitality, strength, and boundaries. These sessions, held in the morning and evening, incorporate a variety of practices such as somatics, yin yoga, gentle flow, QiGong, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and free-form movement.
Liina's approach to yoga is non-dogmatic, drawing from extensive studies in diverse movement and meditation modalities as well as her own personal journey. Her classes aim to empower and inspire exploration. They provide a safe space to connect deeply with both the visible and invisible, the everyday and the mystical.
If you haven't practiced with LIINA before, please check out her BIO and try some of her free online practices.
