WHAT?
MASSAGE: I offer a full body oil massage combining techniques of deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and myofascial release. It’s a therapeutic massage that aims to promote relaxation, while relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, calming the nervous system and stimulating the fascial networks of the body. I have refined my technique and ability for greater sensitivity and awareness over the last 17 years of offering massage and teaching/practicing yoga and meditation.
A full body oil massage is a holistic treatment that addresses both physical and mental well-being, making it an ideal choice for those seeking relaxation and therapeutic benefits.
SOMATIC YOGA: I offer a creative blend of somatic practices—drawing inspiration from Thomas Hanna’s therapeutic somatics, the Feldenkrais Method, and Tias Little’s S.A.T.Y.A.—woven together with yin yoga, gentle flow, and Qigong. While I emphasize slowing down and cultivating a gentle, inclusive approach to movement, my sessions are far from static. I integrate dynamic elements like strength work, mobility practices, fascia-focused movement, as well as balance and coordination drills—creating what I call a diverse and nourishing movement diet.
The practices are accessible to all levels—whether you're just beginning or have years of experience. I hold space for people to move in a way that meets them where they are, without pressure or performance.
Everything I share is grounded in a trauma-informed lens. At the heart of my work is nervous system awareness: learning to self-regulate, exploring the language of the body, and understanding psychosomatics—the recognition that mind and body are deeply intertwined. More about LIINA YOGA

WHY?
For the past five years, I’ve been living between Berlin and Pescosolido (near Sora). But last April, my husband, our two dogs, and I made the move to settle here permanently. These days, most of my teaching happens online, and I continue to travel to teach teacher trainings and retreats in Germany and Estonia (my homeland). Still, I deeply miss the rhythm and connection of regular in-person classes. Since my Italian isn’t quite there yet, I’m reaching out to the English-speaking international community - those who might be in need of some rest & relaxation, healthy movement and nervous system nourishment.
With nearly two decades of experience, a deep passion for what I do, and a love for sharing what I’ve learned along my journey with yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry, I’m excited to begin offering something locally again.
I’ve recently been offered a beautiful, small (and cool!) space in the center of Arpino, and I’m using the month of July as a trial period to see what might grow from it. I’ll be teaching in Estonia (and escaping to the north from the heat) during August, but I’ll be back in September—and if there’s enough interest, I’d be happy to continue offering weekly yoga classes and massage sessions through the year.
