SOMATIC SPIRALING FLOW
All right - sharing part of my daily practice ... these lunges have been my spring medicine :) I actually do them on my morning walks with my dog.
But first we come on the floor, and do similar shapes while on the ground - the arching and flattening, back body broad while front body condenses and then switching and letting the back body shorten and the front body expand.
We will also do a hips and psoas sequence, that will then get us ready for our lunge exploration.

​This is good medicine for the whole body!
