PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS
Individual one-on-one lessons
Initially yoga was only taught one-on-one, private lessons between a student and a teacher in order to attend to the specific needs of the aspiring yogi.
In a private session we can concentrate on your particular needs and tailor the practice accordingly. This can be an option for you if you have an injury or if you are a new practitioner and want a safe introduction to yoga (before joining a group class) or you've been practicing for a while but want specific coaching to further your practice or some people simply prefer to practice on their own.
Small groups / semi-private
A weekly yoga session could serve as a good opportunity to get together with your friends!
The session will be tailored to your needs and practice level, there is more one-on-one attention, you'll be reaping the rewards of a healthier body, clearer mind and lovely community feel all in one package.

In all seriousness - even something as simple as learning how to breathe properly and training to be more focused and mindful, opens the gates for greater peace and renewed energy.
Workplace yoga sessions will be tailored to your organization's specific needs, it can be 30 minutes to 60 minutes; pre-work, lunch-time or after-work yoga.
The standard rate for a private lesson is around 70€/h, but it does depend on the travel time, group size, length of the session etc.
The location: obviously I can come to you or I can arrange a space for the session.
