Going to Muhu island is a little bit like going back in time. There are many old villages with thatched-roof houses, stone barns, windmills, old churches and manor houses, sheep and lots and lots of open fields and juniper pushes. Namaste retreat house is rustic and stylish, simple and comfortable, surrounded by pristine nature and located walking distance from the sea.
This center is famous for its food - some of which is grown in their own veggie garden and a lot of it is locally sourced.
The practices during the week will be a mix of slow and flow. All the ways of moving will be an invitation to deepen self-inquiry, to feel the nuance and the subtle undercurrents, to become more aware the ways we express or hide our vitality, strength and boundaries. The morning and evening sessions will be a combination of somatics, yin yoga, gentle flow, QiGong, breathwork, meditation, journaling and free-form movement.
Liina's approach to yoga is non-dogmatic, grounded in both extensive study of various movement and meditation modalities and in her own personal journey. Her classes aim to empower, encourage exploration and offer a safe space
to connect more intimately with both - the visible and the invisible, the form and the formless, the mundane and the mystical.
If you haven't practiced with LIINA before, please check out her BIO and try some of her free online practices.
