TESTIMONIAL
"It's been about a month since I attended the Somatic Immersion retreat in Italy, and I'm still feeling the positive effects of this very unique experience. In the months leading up to the retreat, I had been dealing with a lot of stress and exhaustion, and even though I had taken some days off already, I still felt quite out of balance and disconnected from myself. The combination of wonderful participants and Liina's insightful, deep classes created a welcoming environment that allowed me to rediscover a kind of joy inside of myself that I had lost touch with. I'm genuinely grateful for this opportunity to slow down and replenish. Thank you to everyone involved, especially Liina, for making this retreat a special and rejuvenating experience."

This gorgeous retreat center is located 12 km from the Adriatic Sea, closest town is Pedaso. It's a peaceful setting with amazing views, beautiful yoga spaces for both indoor and outdoor practices, a salt-water swimming pool, wood-heated sauna, plenty of space for contemplative solitude and cosy communal corners to gather with others.
The practices during the week will be a mix of slow and flow. All the ways of moving will be an invitation to deepen self-inquiry, to feel the nuance and the subtle undercurrents, to become more aware the ways we express or hide our vitality, strength and boundaries. The morning and evening sessions will be a combination of somatics, yin yoga, gentle flow, QiGong, breathwork, meditation, journaling and free-form movement.
Liina's approach to yoga is non-dogmatic, grounded in both extensive study of various movement and meditation modalities and in her own personal journey. Her classes aim to empower, encourage exploration and offer a safe space
to connect more intimately with both - the visible and the invisible, the mundane and the mystical, body-mind and spirit.
If you haven't practiced with LIINA before, please check out her BIO, instagram, Youtube or online class schedule

"I am endlessly grateful for our week in Italy. I find it hard to describe how much it meant to me in the midst of everything that is going on. Thank you so much for creating and holding this space with so much warmth, presence and authenticity. As it was a first-time for me, I didn‘t know and didn‘t expect that it could be so immensely healing and powerful. Regarding the more external aspects of the retreat, everything was kind of perfect for me. I loved to be able to connect and spend time in a group, and I was also glad about the opportunity to withdraw and be with myself. The location was so beautiful, and it worked really well for me to have the two yoga classes at the beginning and towards the end of the day, and it was also a really good fit for me to have a more active class in the morning and a more yin like one in the evening."

"Thank you so much for your energy, wisdom, knowledge and encouragement to explore. I still feel that special impact of the cosy retreat. Yesterday I was trying to explain to my friend how it is and I came up with following description: "This retreat was like a comet which flies by and leaves a long tail of light. I am still in the light." With you I have discovered a new world of yoga and how one can feel on the mat. You are a great teacher and I am grateful that I could participate in your classes."

"I don’t know if it is your process, or my own but the practices felt even more profound than before!
Your „less“ and my „even slower“ intention are so yummy! And fun. You giving permission to rest when others are busy, and again and again encouraging us to find our own rhythm, our own way into interoception are so so so important. I have a number of new ideas how to invite my clients to do the same! I hope you know how super special and truly healing your offerings are… thank you so much!"

My body is happy and its been such a pleasure to take part of your retreats. Sad that it’s already over…I really love your way of teaching, your commitment, your presence and your incredible loving approach to all living beings and nature. Your yoga teaching is something very special that I wouldn't be without. The soft, deep and flowing approach you use in your yoga practice is wonderful and very healing.
