TAKE A BREAK!
"movement snacks" series offers easy ways to take a 20 minute break,
push your chair away from your desk to make some space to move.
Anyone can do these practices - no experience needed!!
Blending movement, breath and mindfulness into a simple "snacks" to sprinkle into your day
to cultivate mind-body connection, release stagnation and postural habits and to explore a sense of balance,
inner alignment and embodied presence.
There should be no straining at any point! Only move in comfortable ranges.
Take a break now, choose a practice below
to release tension from shoulders, back, neck and eyes,
to calibrate your nervous system
and settle into your body.
**I taught these classes as a support for employees of an international corporation.
Most people were joining in from the office, so most practices in this series
are done sitting in a chair, you don't need special clothes, equipment or experience.
FEEL FREE TO SHARE THESE PRACTICES WITH ANYONE WHO NEEDS A BREAK!
&
keep checking in as I'll be adding more practices here!
