RECORDINGS TO PRACTICE ON YOUR OWN TIME
LIVE-STREAM CLASSES
*Everyone who registers receives a recording of the session available for playback for 1 week |
Berlin time (CET)
Register for the class of your choice and you will receive a link for streaming. The platform used for streaming is Zoom. There are a lot of people who prefer the live stream over a recording. A surprising amount of community connection is still possible despite the screens and distance. You are also more likely to stay with the class and less likely to get distracted. Now that studios are slowly opening again, many people have discovered that they enjoy practicing at home. In my classes I give a lot of options - chance for you to feel into your own body and build awareness to make choices based on your own inner compass. |

There are a couple of ways you can have access to new upcoming recordings and keep supporting my work.

FREE YOGA VIDEOS
There is quite a library of FREE practices to choose from. These videos include a selection of recordings of online classes since the start of Covid-19. (usually 75 - 85 minutes long).
Pre-recorded practices are different length. I started this library in 2016 and have been slowly adding to it shorter and longer practices of different styles. Having a lot of free content available felt like a right choice in the short term during the first phase of the pandemic, but it's not sustainable over the long-run. I'm working on adjusting my inner compass around valuing my work, energy and time and being of service. Please use the FREE resources, share them, give me feedback and if you feel called make a contribution. |
“The gift economy represents a shift from consumption to contribution,
transaction to trust, scarcity to abundance, and isolation to community.”
(Charles Eisenstein).
Money seems to be the medium through with one can convey value, though I am curious and inspired by the concept and term gift economy , which I learned through the books, films and writings by Charles Eisenstein (Sacred Economics). In short, the gift model is based on mutual respect and fairness - you consider what my service is worth to you and choose something fair to gift back. Most likely and probably most practically it can be represented in terms of money, but doesn't have to be. Whether the exchange is money or something else, the bottom line is, that it is TRUST that becomes the medium of exchange - helping each other becomes the purpose, not profit or return on investment. I have faith in people to be honest, fair, generous and supportive. The purpose of the online project is to serve my online and offline community and share what I know and love.
