PROP: a strap or a belt or a shawl 

I sometimes have people come to class and ask "can we just do shavasana today". Well - this one is almost that! We stay on the ground for the whole practice, get it will hopefully leave you actively relaxed by the end of it. Open and grounded, connected to your body and breath. Use it on days when your inner resources are low or as a wind-down after a busy day.
