SOMATIC FLOW - energized calm

​A slow practice, mostly seated that moves the spine and explores the hips.
I'll offer one of my favorite somatic twist sequence that helps to unwind and untangle tension. To spice things up, we play with active hip rotation and hip-flexor movement before coming into a short grounding and rooting standing sequence.
This is one of my go-to practices when my body-mind needs some unrushed calm tending and care.
