SOMATIC YOGA - rock, roll and pulse

Ease into your body with some soft rolling and rocking on the ground. Such a kind entry point! Like a cat stretching lazily and luxuriously. once we get on hands and knees, we will use slow pulsing movements and alternate between activation and engagement of muscles and relaxing them. It's a fascia flossing technique I have recently been exploring and it feels like such an amazing addition and complement to my somatic exercises. 


I will teach this type of slow active bodyful class that combines my favorite (fascia and nervous system) techniques on MONDAYS at 6pm (CET) ONLINE.
