Yin yoga - hips and spine (30 minutes)

A 30 minute hip and spine yin holds.
Have a few props ready in case you need them - a few blankets, and/or blocks if you have. 
The aim of the practice was to create a relatively short practice that will have an affect on the whole body, stimulating the kidney meridian for vibrancy and vitality, liver and gallbladder meridians for healthy flow of energy and emotional balance. 


I wanted to write a few words about when to use props. A few words turned into a whole blog post, so if you have been wondering about this, then you'll find the whole story HERE.

thank you so much. this is my favourite online yin class. i do it almost every day - this is my recipe for a good day and helps me put my mind in the right place when things are not going so well. i really treasure this class, thank you so much Liina!
